Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship-building. You will manage client accounts, oversee sales pipelines, and ensure excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts and driving revenue growth through targeted strategies and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in account management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Understanding of business strategies and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a business development or sales role is advantageous
