Business Development Executive (B2B – Field Sales) | MumbaiFull-time | HYNT

Role OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support HYNT’s growth through on-ground partner acquisition in Mumbai.
This is a field-heavy role where you will meet interior designers, architects, and vendors in person, introduce HYNT, and onboard them onto the platform. You’ll play a key role in expanding our partner network and driving early-stage revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct on-ground meetings with:
- Interior Designers
- Architects
- Furniture & Décor Vendors
- Event & Styling Professionals
- Drive partner acquisition and onboarding onto HYNT
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle:
- Meeting → Pitching → Follow-up → Closing → Onboarding
- Build a strong local network through visits, referrals, and industry connections
- Clearly communicate HYNT’s value:
- Lead generation
- Portfolio visibility
- Business growth opportunities
- Assist in achieving revenue targets through listings, promotions, and ads
- Maintain daily activity tracking (meetings, conversions, follow-ups)
- Gather on-ground feedback, market insights, and competitor information
- Work closely with the inside sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions
What Makes You a Great Fit- 0–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales / client-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with daily travel and in-person meetings across Mumbai
- Confident in pitching and building relationships face-to-face
- Target-driven with a high-energy, hustle mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment
