Business Development Role
We are hiring B2B Sales & Service Executives for our EdTech team to handle inbound service calls and outbound sales calls. The role includes new sales generation, upselling to existing
clients, and achieving assigned targets while delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries and outbound sales calls
Convert leads into Sales.
Upsell/cross-sell to existing customers
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain customer records in CRM
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of sales/customer service (EdTech preferred)
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Working Days: Mon-Fri
Experience: 6m-2yrs
