Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and managing client accounts. The role includes conducting research to understand market needs, developing strategies to acquire new customers, presenting solutions, and contributing to the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Carry out field visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to promote Hospia’s services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with medical representatives and business development teams to expand Hospia’s network.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the healthcare sector.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve sales and business development targets through proactive engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile- Prior experience as a medical representative or in business development (healthcare/medical domain).
- Strong networking skills with doctors and healthcare stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
