Role Objective
Generate high-quality new-home interior leads in the assigned zone through local partnerships and on-ground BD activities, ensuring a steady flow of budget-qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Identify:
Apartments nearing possession
OC-ready projects
Villa and gated communities
Generate qualified leads for complete home interiors
Channel Partner Management
Build and manage local partnerships with:
Real estate brokers
Builder sales teams
Channel partners
Architects and civil contractors
Create referral tie-ups and ensure repeat lead flow
Project & Society Tie-ups
Tie up with:
Apartment associations
Builder sales offices
Villa communities
Support possession-time activities, walkthroughs, and sample flat visits
On-Ground Execution
Daily field visits in the assigned zone
Conduct site meetings, partner follow-ups, and local activations
Lead Qualification & Reporting
Pre-qualify leads based on:
New home status
Complete interior requirement
Budget readiness
Update CRM accurately
Share weekly lead and performance reports
Ideal Candidate
3–6 years experience in real estate BD, interiors, or construction sales
Strong local network in the assigned zone
Comfortable with field work
Languages: Kannada & English mandatory
Self-driven and relationship-oriented
