Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who can build strong partnerships and generate consistent revenue through institutional tie-ups. This role focuses on schools, colleges, and healthcare professionals.
This is a field-oriented role that involves outreach, meetings, pitching and closing collaborations.
Key Responsibilities- Reach out to schools for psychometric assessments and student counselling tie-ups
- Build partnerships with colleges for internship programs and collaborations
- Connect with psychiatrists and clinics for referral-based partnerships
- Schedule and attend meetings (online and in-person)
- Present services and convert leads into paid collaborations
- Maintain follow-ups and build long-term relationships
- Work closely with the founder on growth and expansion strategies
Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in meeting and pitching to institutions and professionals
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within Mumbai
- Target-driven mindset with focus on revenue generation
- Ability to take ownership and follow through consistently
Preferred (not mandatory):
- Experience in sales, business development, education or healthcare sector
