Role Description
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, presenting compelling solutions that align with client needs, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, ideal for individuals with a passion for driving business success and connecting with innovative startups.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, acquire, and grow client relationships
- Strong foundational knowledge and skills in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication abilities, including negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in a startup or coworking ecosystem is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
