Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Faridabad. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves effective communication with potential clients, presenting Hobfit's services, and collaborating with internal teams to meet objectives and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and assess new business opportunities
- Strong Communication skills, including persuasive speaking and active listening, to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical Skills for evaluating business opportunities and creating data-driven strategies
- Experience in Customer Service, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate a results-driven mindset
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Familiarity with women's health and wellness industries is an advantage
