Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive (Remote) to join our on-site team in Faridabad. As a Business Development Executive at HOBIT, you will play a key role in driving our growth by setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, questions, and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert potential leads provided by the company into business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Drive efforts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain consistent efforts to push sales and maximize revenue.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Address customer questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promote our platform.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in sales or business development is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong passion for fitness and a belief in the value of fun-loving workouts.
