We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
Location: Chennai
Role Type: Full-Time | Field Work
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting clients, building relationships, and closing deals, this role is for you.
Salary: ₹2.5 - 3 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and connect with potential clients through field visits
* Present company products/services and build strong clients relationships
* Generate leads and convert them into successful business deals
* Achieve monthly sales targets
* Maintain records of client meetings and sales activities
Incentive Structure:
Attractive performance-based incentives for every successful client conversion / closed sale.
Requirements:
* MBA in Marketing (Most Preferred)
* Fluency in Tamil, Hindi, and English (Mandatory)
* Bike and valid driving license (Mandatory)
* Willingness to do full-time field work in Chennai
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
