Role Description
This is an internship role for a Business Development Executive at HIREKARMA, based on-site in Bhubaneswar. The intern will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and effectively communicating with clients and team members. Additional tasks will include lead generation efforts and contributing to the development of business strategies to support company growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation processes
- Strong skills in Business operations and Account Management
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work efficiently on-site
- Basic understanding of market research and client relationship management is preferred
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in business development or sales will be considered a plus
