Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Dwarka, for a Business Development Executive. The professional in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. Key tasks include developing and maintaining accounts, creating strategies to expand the business, and fostering effective communication with clients and stakeholders to drive growth and align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining robust client relationships
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate
- Strategic thinking and a results-driven approach to Business Development
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the recruitment industry or a similar sector will be an advantage
Salary:
- ₹30,000 / month + Incentives
Work Schedule:
- 5 Days a week + 2 Saturdays working (8-hour shifts)
