About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in inside sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services
- Generate and qualify leads in a B2C environment
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles (preferred)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
