The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding the hospital’s referral network and strengthening its healthcare footprint across Varanasi and the wider Purvanchal region by building strong, sustainable relationships with doctors, clinics, institutions, and corporate entities, while effectively promoting the hospital’s clinical services and specialties to drive patient inflow and enhance brand visibility. This is a dynamic, field-oriented role where success will be measured by the ability to consistently grow referral channels, ensure effective territory coverage, and convert leads into admissions, thereby delivering tangible business outcomes and strengthening the hospital’s regional presence.
Key responsibilities:
Market development and increase outreach
- Identify and develop new referral channels across Varanasi and neighbouring districts in and around the Purvanchal region
- Conduct regular field visits to clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and healthcare practitioners
- Promote hospital services, specialties, and key consultants to external stakeholders
Relationship development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Referring doctors and consultants
- Hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers
- Corporate clients, TPAs, and institutions
- Act as a single point of contact for external stakeholders for coordination and support
- Drive patient referrals for key specialties, pathology and critical care
Tracking and records
- Maintain records of:
- Visits and interactions
- Referral conversions
- Market intelligence and competitor activities
- Submit daily/ weekly activity reports and performance updates
Coordination and support
- Work closely with Consultants and clinical teams, Front office and patient services, Marketing and communication teams
- Ensure seamless patient experience for referred cases

Desired qualification and experience
- Graduate or above in Commerce, Arts, Healthcare, or related field
- Relevant 2–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing/ business development
