Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for the position of Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires regular interaction with clients and potential partners to foster growth and contribute to the company's expansion.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Account Management and handling client relationships
- Strong Business and Communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop strategic plans
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the cosmetics industry is a notable advantage
