Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Digital Marketing (India Market)
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive growth in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the digital marketing industry, with a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Indian market
- Handle the complete sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demos
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the marketing and delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing industry
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Website Development, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales independently
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales (India market)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
