Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also includes account management responsibilities to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. The Business Development Executive will support the team in developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify growth opportunities and expand client base.
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management, with the ability to nurture client relationships and ensure successful delivery of services.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and influence effectively across diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; relevant experience in relocation services or similar industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and an analytical mindset to track performance metrics and inform decision-making.
