Role Description
Gruhaa is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires driving revenue growth through strategic business planning, communicating effectively with clients, and managing accounts for developing long-term partnerships. Additionally, the Business Development Executive will liaise with internal teams to optimize service delivery and meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business Strategy and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Account Management and client relationship building
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
