Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Business Development Executive at GrowAI Edtech. The intern will support new business development efforts by identifying potential clients and partners, researching target markets, and contributing to outreach strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining prospect databases, and assisting in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials. The role also involves supporting account management activities, such as follow-ups with prospects, basic client relationship maintenance, and tracking engagement in coordination with senior team members. The intern will collaborate closely with the business and marketing teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from prospects, and contribute ideas to improve Go-to-Market initiatives.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Business skills to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and contribute to growth initiatives.
- Lead Generation capabilities to research, qualify, and nurture potential prospects across digital channels and professional networks.
- Account Management skills to assist in maintaining client relationships, track interactions, and support retention activities.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage prospects, prepare outreach materials, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Interest in Edtech and artificial intelligence, with a willingness to learn about AI training programs and market trends.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or lead-tracking tools is a plus).
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
