We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing new business opportunities , focusing on projects related to mobile app development and e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, a strong understanding of our services, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently explore multiple platforms to find projects aligned with our expertise in mobile app development and e-commerce.
- Create customized, compelling proposals that effectively showcase our strengths and how we address client requirements.
- Actively engage with potential clients to understand project needs, provide clarifications, and establish trust.
- Stay updated on trends in bidding strategies and client preferences to refine our approach.
- Work towards monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to revenue generation.
- Analyze the success of proposals and implement feedback to enhance future efforts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with international clients to expand our global footprint.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience, preferably with a focus on mobile app and e-commerce projects.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and professionalism.
- Expertise: Familiarity with mobile app development and e-commerce industries.
- Advantage: International market experience is highly desirable.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
