Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT/Software Sales)

Requirements:
- Experience: 1–4 years in Business Development or Inside Sales.
- Must have experience in cold calling and lead generation for US regions.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of campaign management and outbound sales activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Prior experience in IT Services/Software companies is mandatory.
- Responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective follow-ups.
- Should be target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
