Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in assigned regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and builders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase brand presence.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth business operations.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management on time.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of bath fittings and sanitary ware market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Good networking with dealers, distributors, and influencers (architects, contractors, builders) in the respective region.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Qualification:
Graduate (any discipline). MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
