๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition and managing end-to-end sales processes for IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, Upwork and other freelancing platforms, along with strategic outreach
- Develop new business opportunities through research, networking and outbound sales efforts
- Pitch and present company services to domestic and international clients
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and follow-ups to drive conversions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales / Software Services
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Ability to handle international clients independently
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales or IT service-based industry
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork and freelancing platforms
Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented approach
