🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals interested in Investment Banking careers.
- Understand learners' career goals and recommend the right program.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Explain course curriculum, placement support, financing/EMI options, and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into enrollments.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure an exceptional counseling experience.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
✅ Eligibility & Preferred Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, EdTech Sales, or Career Counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven with a customer-first mindset.
- Prior experience in finance, investment banking, or BFSI-related programs will be an added advantage.
