Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kottayam for a Business Development Executive. The Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities by generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and supporting account management tasks. Key responsibilities include creating and executing strategies to drive sales, meeting with potential clients to present the platform’s offerings, and contributing to the achievement of organizational revenue goals through targeted business initiatives.

Qualifications
- Proven experience with New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and negotiate
- Background in Business operations or related fields
- Strategic thinking and goal-oriented approach to business growth
- Familiarity with local business challenges and opportunities in the Kottayam region is an advantage
