Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. This includes establishing and managing relationships with potential partners, executing initiatives to grow the business, and contributing to the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
- Excellent Business acumen and a results-driven mindset
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders
- Ability to work in a dynamic, competitive environment with a focus on achieving targets
- Familiarity with fintech, payments, or related industries is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
