Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1+ years of experience to spearhead our growth in key international markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with a deep understanding of the IT services landscape, a proven sales track record, and the ability to consultatively sell complex technology solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, and build lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales Execution
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients in target industries.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound initiatives (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn), strategic networking, and leveraging marketing-generated leads.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, new verticals, and potential clients aligned with Elsner's service offerings.
- Client Engagement & Solution Selling
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (Owners, Founders, co founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Heads, IT Directors).
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand client pain points, business objectives, and technical challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Glopbe's pre-sales and technical teams to craft compelling, tailored proposals for software development, digital transformation, and dedicated team engagements.
- Lead client presentations, solution demonstrations, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous.
- 1+ years of proven experience in B2B sales/business development within the IT services industry.
- A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets
