We are looking for energetic and driven Inside Sales / SDR Representatives to fuel our outbound sales engine. You will be responsible for building high-quality pipelines through targeted prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate outbound leads by researching and identifying potential clients across target geographies and industries.
- Execute high-volume outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations and set up meetings for the Leadership teams.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and track daily/weekly outreach activities in the CRM.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine prospecting strategies and messaging.
- Stay updated on Gleecus service offerings and competitive landscape to effectively pitch during outbound conversations.
Requirements
- 6 months – 2 Years of experience in outbound inside sales/SDR roles (preferably in IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Consulting).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (both verbal and written).
- Proven ability to perform high-volume cold outreach (50+ calls/emails/Linkedin daily).
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, cold email tools, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated with a hunter mindset.
- Core understanding of technology services or SaaS products is mandatory.
- Must have experience across NA, Europe and/or MEA markets
