Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Export Business Development Executive / Intern who can support the company in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in business development activities related to export services. The candidate should have basic knowledge of interacting with clients, understanding requirements, and presenting service offerings.
This role provides exposure to international business consulting, export services, client acquisition, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads for export-related services
- Reach out to prospective clients through email, calls, LinkedIn, or other platforms
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and business needs
- Share service details and pricing information with potential clients
- Support the team in preparing proposals and follow-up communication
- Maintain records of client interactions and leads in reports or CRM systems
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Assist the business development team in converting leads into clients
Required Skills
Basic understanding of business development or lead generation
Good communication and client interaction skills
Ability to research and identify potential clients
Basic knowledge of export business or international trade is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Confidence in discussing services and pricing with clients
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree completed (BBA, BCom, BBM, MBA, or related field preferred).
Candidates with 6 months to 1 year experience in business development, sales, or export-related roles preferred.
Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply
