Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Coimbatore, with the flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, managing accounts, fostering client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role includes strategizing and implementing business development initiatives to fuel organizational growth and expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business strategies and Account Management
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus
- Experience in the BPO, accounting, or financial services industry is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
