Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with corporate clients, and promoting our gifting and rewards solutions to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
You will operate within a defined territory and business segment, enabling focused growth and structured market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients through calls, emails, and networking
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Present and explain gifting and reward solutions to decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers can apply)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
