Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and establishing long-term client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth within the digital marketing landscape.

- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with D2C & Ecommerce brands, real estate developers, Channel partners, and healthcare organisations.
- Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, cold calling, networking events, and referral partnerships.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client business models, marketing objectives, and challenges to recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions.
- Formulate and implement business development strategies with a focus on revenue growth, client acquisition, and the establishment of long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, encompassing lead generation, discovery calls, client meetings, proposal presentations, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful project execution.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, networking sessions, and virtual conferences to expand market presence and generate business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse developments in digital marketing, the real estate sector, the D2C ecosystem, and the competitive landscape.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales pipeline activity, follow-ups, and reporting within designated CRM systems.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Candidates must possess a strong working knowledge of the following:
- Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- E-commerce marketplace platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra
- Quick Commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart
- User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns and Ad Film production
- Lead generation, client acquisition strategies, and digital marketing sales operations

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in business development, agency sales, digital marketing sales, or client management within real estate or D2C sectors (preferred).
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing concepts and client servicing best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to close B2B transactions and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy.
