Role Description This full-time on-site Business Development Executive role is based in the Greater Lucknow Area. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with technical and design teams, and maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports. The Business Development Executive will participate in client meetings, negotiate contracts under guidance, and support revenue growth by promoting GearUp Code’s services in website, software, and mobile app development.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in lead generation, prospecting, and opportunity qualification.
- Candidates should possess skills in sales presentations, proposal drafting, and basic negotiation.
- Candidates should possess skills in client relationship management and account follow-up.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research, competitor analysis, and business data tracking.
- Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical services clearly.
- Candidates should possess organizational skills, including time management, CRM usage, and pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital agencies is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Lucknow Area and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with basic technology concepts related to web, software, and mobile app development is beneficial.
