We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive — Dubai (JLT):
At Gateway Resources, we’re building a business at the intersection of global trading and the circular economy — with a sharp focus on recycling, waste tyres, and sustainable material flows.
This is a fast-moving, high-growth space. Regulations are changing. Supply chains are evolving. And the demand for responsible recycling has never been higher.
We’re right in the middle of it. And we’re looking for someone who wants to be as well.
This is not a typical 9–5 role:
It’s for someone who wants to get their hands dirty, learn fast, and grow with the company.
You’ll be part of a young, driven team working across markets, materials, and geographies — solving real problems in the recycling ecosystem while building meaningful business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Driving business development across recycling and trading verticals
* Sourcing new clients, suppliers, and opportunities globally
* Managing client relationships — calls, negotiations, follow-ups
* Working across compliance, documentation, and regulatory frameworks
* Coordinating logistics, shipments, and operational execution
* Staying on top of market movements, pricing, and material flows
This role will require you to switch contexts quickly — from a client call, to a shipment issue, to a compliance document — all in the same day.
Who this is for:
* Someone based in Dubai (this is an in-office role out of JLT)
* Strong communicator — clear English is essential (additional languages are a big plus)
* Comfortable being client-facing and building relationships
* Experience in recycling, waste management, or trading (waste tyre experience is a strong advantage)
* Able to handle multiple moving parts without losing structure
* Curious, proactive, and commercially sharp
