Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build a strong sales pipeline across target markets and industries. The role involves conducting market research, reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings, and preparing tailored presentations and proposals. The individual will manage and nurture client relationships, coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams, and ensure smooth handover from sales to execution. Daily responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing regular reports and feedback to management to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Solid understanding of Business development principles, including opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present complex IT solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in Account Management, including client onboarding, relationship building, and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in IT services, software development, or digital solutions sales is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office or Google Workspace, and basic sales reporting and forecasting.
- Proactive, target-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
