Future Corporation is on a mission to transform education through hands-on learning in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and next-generation technology. We run Innovation Lab-based programs for students from Grade 1 to post-graduation and partner with schools across the region to set up fully equipped labs, powered by our own expertly trained faculty. Our students have competed at IIT Delhi's IRC 2024 among 1000+ schools nationwide and reached the finals of IIT Bombay's Techfest. We are building the next generation of innovators, right here in Jharkhand.
Role Description
We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with students, parents, schools, and colleges, and driving enrolments across our programs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across schools, colleges, and the community
- Build and manage relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional clients
- Conduct outreach, manage leads, and convert inquiries into enrolments
- Represent Future Corporation at colleges, institutions, and community events
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations and internal teams to align outreach efforts with the company's overall growth strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or education counselling
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in EdTech or the education sector is an advantage
Competitive fixed salary with performance-based incentives and a 6-month probationary period with full-time confirmation.
