Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain a strong pipeline of leads, and proactively reach out to prospective clients across target industries. Daily responsibilities include researching potential accounts, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Fuego Media Services’ integrated marketing and media solutions to decision-makers. The role involves preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The Business Development Executive will also manage and nurture existing client relationships, track performance against sales targets, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of building and converting a pipeline of prospects.
- Solid understanding of Business and commercial acumen, especially within marketing, media, or advertising services.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly to stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience with Account Management, client servicing, and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
- Prior experience in marketing, media, or advertising agencies is preferred.
- Comfort using CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and productivity platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
