Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The selected candidate will collaborate with the internal teams to design strategic approaches, present tailored solutions, and achieve business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify and convert opportunities into successful partnerships.
- Expertise in Business and Account Management to build long-term client relationships and oversee client accounts to ensure growth and satisfaction.
- Strong Communication skills for presenting ideas, conducting negotiations, and maintaining client and team interactions effectively.
- Proven ability to meet targets, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in the technology or consulting industry is preferred but not mandatory.
