Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for the position of Business Development Executive. In this role, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, building and managing client relationships, and maintaining accounts. The candidate will actively participate in client meetings, prepare business proposals, support sales processes, and contribute to the growth of the company by exploring new markets and fostering collaborations.
Qualifications
- BE/BBA/MBA background (Freshers or upto 4 years Exp.)
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Account Management and nurturing long-term business partnerships
- Proven ability in Business Planning and Strategy Development
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Previous experience in a Business Development or related role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
