Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Pune. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client accounts, and developing strategic partnerships. The role also involves building strong client relationships, preparing business proposals, and achieving sales targets to drive the organization’s growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Strong Communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and build rapport with potential clients
- Solid understanding of business principles and strategic thinking
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Motivation to work in an on-site role in Pune
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the IT or technology sector is a plus
