About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and assisting in the development of strategic sales plans. Freshers with a passion for sales and business growth are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and other channels.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and client communication to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive advantages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (Freshers welcome).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
