Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities also include market research, overseeing the sales process, collaborating with internal teams for project execution, and achieving sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
- Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of Process Control Instruments
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and foster long-term professional relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
