Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate and manage leads, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding client accounts, conducting market research, developing strategies for client acquisition, and effectively communicating to promote business growth. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
- Solid expertise in Business and Account Management practices
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
