Business Development Executive – Flashoot

💼 About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can handle inbound leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Flashoot.
This role is not just about selling — it’s about understanding client needs, becoming their trusted partner, and closing deals with confidence and ownership.
🎯 Key Responsibilities (R&R)
- Handle inbound leads from website, referrals, and campaigns
- Understand client requirements and pitch Flashoot services effectively
- Build strong rapport with clients — communicate as a partner, not just a salesperson
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Ensure timely payment collection from clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (creators/operations) for smooth execution
- Maintain proper lead tracking and status updates
- Take complete ownership of leads from first contact to closure
