FiveMatter is a digital transformation and CRM consulting company helping businesses streamline operations through CRM, automation, integrations, and scalable technology solutions. We specialize in the Creatio ecosystem and work with clients across multiple industries and regions.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to help build and manage our sales pipeline, generate qualified opportunities, and work closely with the founders on growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable in fast-paced environments, possess strong communication skills, and have prior experience in CRM or enterprise SaaS sales, particularly within ecosystems such as Salesforce or Creatio.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients through outbound outreach, strategic follow-ups, and multi-touch engagement
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for Creatio consulting and implementation services
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from the ground up
- Coordinate discovery meetings with qualified prospects
- Work closely with the founders on sales strategy, account targeting, and pipeline growth
- Conduct market and account research to identify potential opportunities
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline and consistently stay on top of prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Assist in proposal coordination and post-meeting opportunity management
- Track outreach and pipeline metrics to ensure consistent performance
- Help establish and refine outbound processes, messaging, and sales workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in SaaS, CRM, enterprise software, or technology solution sales
- Prior experience selling Salesforce services/solutions is highly preferred
- Experience selling Creatio services/solutions will be a strong advantage
- Experience setting up and managing sales pipelines from level zero or early-stage growth environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling processes
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly proactive with strong ownership mindset and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable handling multiple touchpoints and long sales cycles with prospects
- Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms preferred
- Ability to work directly with leadership and handle responsibilities independently
