Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Executive will identify and engage with potential business opportunities, focus on generating leads, conduct client meetings, and develop strategies to acquire and retain accounts. They will be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets while aligning with the company’s mission of enhancing financial literacy in young learners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation techniques
- Expertise in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Strong Business acumen and ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to meet targets and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the education, financial literacy, or ed-tech sectors is a plus
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to professional responsibilities
