Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Location: Trivandrum, KL
Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and engaging with potential partners or clients to build relationships. Responsibilities also include account management to ensure customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives. Strong communication and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships are crucial for success in this position.
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Work with clients across global markets
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Schedule and conduct online meetings
- Deliver product demos (Google Meet / Zoom)
- Prepare customized presentations
- Close sales and achieve revenue targets
- Follow up with prospects and customers
- Provide basic onboarding/training after sales
Who Can Apply?
- BBA / MBA graduates (B.Tech + MBA also eligible)
- Candidates with good communication skills (Fluent English is mandatory)
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Freshers with a strong learning attitude are welcome
- Knowledge of international languages is a plus
