Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Business Development Executive who thrives at the intersection of design, sales, and partnerships. This role is equal parts hunter and nurturer — building strong networks within the architect and interior design community, driving project pipelines, and ensuring brand excellence across franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities1. Architect & Designer Relationship Management- Build and nurture relationships with architects and interior designers
- Regular follow-ups to ensure strong recall and engagement
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects
2. Sales Pipeline & Revenue Growth- Create, track, and convert a robust pipeline of projects into revenue
- Drive consistent growth aligned with company targets
- Identify new opportunities within the design and real estate ecosystem
3. CRM & Lead Management- Handle inbound enquiries and proactively drive outbound outreach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Track lead lifecycle from enquiry to closure
4. Franchise Partner Management- Work closely with franchise partners to ensure brand hygiene and consistency
- Hold partners accountable for visual merchandising, store standards, and customer experience
- Enable franchise growth through training, playbooks, and ongoing support
- Address concerns and act as a bridge between franchisees and the central team
5. Data & Performance Orientation- Monitor key business metrics, sales performance, and conversion ratios
- Use data insights to improve pipeline quality and sales outcomes
- Maintain strong numerical and analytical discipline
6. Cross-functional Collaboration- Work seamlessly with retail, service, installation, and marketing teams
- Ensure smooth execution of projects from specification to installation
7. Retail & On-ground Activation- Support in-store responsibilities when required
- Actively participate in exhibitions, events, and activations
- Represent the brand in customer-facing environments
8. Travel- Travel within the city and occasionally across regions for meetings, site visits, and partner interactions
Reporting Structure- Reports directly to Sadhvik RK (Business Head)
Employment Terms- Initial engagement as a Consultant for 3 months (probation period)
- Transition to full-time employment post probation
- Variable compensation applicable post confirmation
Compensation- Fixed salary + performance-based variable incentives.
- For this specific role we're looking for someone between 40,000 and 50,000 INR per month - which is 4.8 LPA and 6LPA.
- Variable will kick in after probationary period and will be a percentage of sales.
Skills & Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in at least one South Indian language (preferably Kannada)
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working with numbers and sales metrics
- CRM experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
