Job Description:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and articulate Business Development Executive to
support our market expansion and client acquisition initiatives. This role offers practical
exposure to B2B sales strategy, client engagement, and key account management
fundamentals. High-performing candidates will be considered for a full-time Business
Development Executive role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct structured market research to identify potential business opportunities
across target sectors
• Develop and maintain a qualified prospect pipeline
• Initiate strategic outreach campaigns across professional communication channels
• Present Finch IT Solutions’ value proposition to decision makers
• Support opportunity qualification and revenue forecasting processes
• Assist in nurturing long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Contribute to key account management activities by supporting senior team members
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline status, and account progress in
CRM systems
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to align client requirements with
solution delivery
Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Basic commercial understanding and pricing accuracy awareness
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under timelines
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
