We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings with domestic and international clients.
- Present the company's IT software services and solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates with the technical team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in speaking with international clients.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or technology.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, or any related field.
- 0–2 year of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
